The adjustable air vents make it easy to manage airflow for precise temperature control, including a top vent protected from the elements. The Vortex heat management system enhances convection within the grill for better searing and smoking, and improves fuel efficiency. Stainless-steel grids heat quickly and require little maintenance. They are hinged to allow easy addition of extra charcoal, refilling of water pans, and adding wood for smoking.
