At Oaktree Garden Centre, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home and garden purchases. If you are not entirely happy with your order, you can return most items in their original condition within 28 days for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Notify Our Team

  Contact our customer service team via email or phone to initiate your return request and receive a unique Return Authorization number.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the products in their original packaging, ensuring all labels, manuals, and accessories are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship or Drop Off

  Send the package back to our Berkshire garden centre using a tracked courier service, or bring the item directly to our customer service desk for an in-person return.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our specialists have inspected the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 working days.
